1. Event and Workshop Cancellations

  • Participants who wish to cancel their registration must notify us at least 7 days prior to the event start date to be eligible for a reschedule or partial refund (if applicable).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will generally not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.), we may offer rescheduling or credit for a future event.

2. Course and Program Enrollments

  • Fees paid for long-term courses and spiritual training programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
  • If you are unable to attend due to medical or emergency reasons, please contact us with valid proof for consideration of a partial refund or program transfer.

  • All donations made to Aadi Guru Peeth are non-refundable, as they are considered voluntary contributions used for spiritual, cultural, and charitable purposes.

  • Aadi Guru Peeth reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
