1. Donations and Offerings

  • All donations, Dakshina, and offerings made to Aadi Guru Peeth are voluntary acts of faith and devotion.
  • Once received, donations are immediately directed towards charitable, educational, and spiritual activities; hence, they are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • We encourage all donors to ensure accuracy in the amount and purpose of the donation before confirming payment.

2. Event and Program Registrations

We often organize spiritual workshops, meditation camps, discourses, and other programs for the benefit of devotees.

  • Non-refundable fees: Registration fees for these programs are generally non-refundable since seats are limited and arrangements are made in advance.
  • Rescheduling or Cancellation:
    • If Aadi Guru Peeth cancels or postpones a program, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer of their registration to another suitable event.
    • If a participant cannot attend due to personal reasons, we may allow a transfer of the seat to another person (upon prior notice) but not a refund.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may only be considered in cases of proven double payments or technical errors.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

Aadi Guru Peeth offers spiritually inspired items such as books, prasad, and other devotional products.

  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Returns will only be accepted for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect in nature.
    • You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing info@aadigurupeeth.com with order details and photographs of the issue.
  • Conditions for Return:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Shipping costs for returning an item will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund Process:
    • Upon inspection and approval, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.

4. Digital Products and Online Services

  • Digital content such as e-books, online courses, and downloadable materials are delivered instantly and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • In case of technical issues (e.g., download errors), we will provide assistance to ensure you receive your product.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will typically reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • A confirmation email or message will be sent once your refund has been processed.
